Join the Trading team in Seoul 서울, where you will help run pricing and risk across crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO on one platform. CoinUnited has been building since 2018 and our markets never close. This in-office role supports daily pricing and risk monitoring across asset classes as the market moves around the clock.

This role is based in our Seoul office. Korea runs on the same clock as Tokyo, with the Korea Exchange trading 09:00 to 15:30, and the desk here covers the KOSPI and the won, one of the currencies our traders reach through us that a conventional broker will not offer. Korea also has one of the most active retail crypto markets in the region, and that flow does not stop when the exchange closes.

What you'll do

• Analyse market conditions across asset classes and produce trading insight the desk can act on.
• Support daily pricing and trading operations, checking quotes and spreads for accuracy across products.
• Monitor open positions and risk exposure in real time and escalate issues as market conditions shift.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and models that track performance, liquidity and risk.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and market anomalies, then document findings and propose fixes.
• Work closely with risk, dealing and product teams to keep operations stable through round-the-clock trading.

What success looks like

In your first six months

• You independently run market analysis and daily pricing checks across several asset classes with minimal oversight.
• You have shipped at least one reporting or monitoring tool that the trading team relies on day to day.
• You catch and escalate pricing or risk issues early, with a clear track record of accurate, timely calls.

What you'll bring

Must-have

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets and spotting patterns.
• Solid understanding of financial markets and how at least one asset class is priced and traded.
• Proficiency with Excel and a scripting language such as Python or SQL for analysis and automation.
• Sharp attention to detail and sound judgement under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to work in-office and support a trading operation that runs around the clock.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with crypto markets or derivatives and leveraged products.
• Familiarity with risk management concepts and position monitoring.
• Background in market data, quantitative research or a trading desk.
