Growth Marketing Manager in Abu Dhabi

CoinUnited.io is building the Abu Dhabi marketing team, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive how traders discover and stay with us. You will own acquisition and retention budgets across paid and organic channels for a platform that gives one account access to crypto, stocks, forex, indices, commodities and pre-IPO markets around the clock. We have been building since 2018.

This role is based in our Abu Dhabi office. The Gulf working day sits between the Asian close and the European open, so the desk here covers a handover rather than a single session. Abu Dhabi is where our regional policy and partner work sits closest to the market, alongside coverage of the ADX and the dirham, which holds a fixed rate against the dollar.

What you'll do

• Plan and run multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, social and partnership channels.
• Own the full funnel from acquisition through activation and retention, and report clearly on the metrics that move it.
• Design and ship A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and messaging, and scale the winners.
• Manage paid media budgets across platforms and improve cost per acquisition and return on spend.
• Build retention and re-engagement programs that keep traders active across our 24/7 markets.
• Work closely with product, design and data to turn campaign insight into a tighter signup and onboarding experience.

What success looks like

In your first six months

• You have launched and optimized live campaigns across at least three channels with clear performance reporting in place.
• You have run a steady cadence of tests and improved a core funnel metric such as cost per acquisition or activation rate.
• You have stood up a retention program that measurably lifts repeat activity among existing traders.

What you'll bring

Must-have

• Several years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience with ownership of acquisition and retention metrics.
• Proven track record managing paid media budgets and improving cost per acquisition or return on ad spend.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with campaign data, dashboards and experiment results.
• A fast, test-driven approach to iteration and the discipline to act on what the numbers show.

Nice-to-have

• Experience marketing crypto, fintech, trading or other regulated financial products.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and attribution tools and basic SQL.
• Experience growing a product across multiple countries and languages.
