Global Management Trainee in Abu Dhabi

Join the Abu Dhabi team as a Global Management Trainee at CoinUnited, a company scaling crypto-powered trading since 2018. You will rotate across trading, growth, product and operations, learning how a 24/7 global markets platform runs from the inside. This is a structured early-career programme that rotates capable graduates across core functions.

This role is based in our Abu Dhabi office. The Gulf working day sits between the Asian close and the European open, so the desk here covers a handover rather than a single session. Abu Dhabi is where our regional policy and partner work sits closest to the market, alongside coverage of the ADX and the dirham, which holds a fixed rate against the dollar.

What you'll do

• Rotate through trading, growth, product and operations to learn how each function contributes to a 24/7 global markets platform.
• Take ownership of real projects during each rotation rather than shadowing, and ship work that reaches users and traders.
• Analyse data across crypto and traditional asset markets to support decisions and surface opportunities for the team.
• Work alongside small fast teams across multiple time zones and learn to coordinate where markets never close.
• Build a broad understanding of CoinUnited products spanning crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and act on the feedback you receive.

What success looks like

In your first six months

• You have completed your first rotations and built a working understanding of how trading, growth, product and operations connect.
• You have delivered at least one project end to end with measurable impact for a team or product line.
• You have identified a clear area of strength and a target track for the next stage of the programme with your mentors.

What you'll bring

Must-have

• A recent graduate or final-year student in any field, with strong analytical thinking and a genuine interest in financial markets.
• Eager to learn quickly, take feedback well and adapt across very different functions.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• Comfortable working in office, full time, in a fast-moving environment where markets run around the clock.

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with crypto, trading or global financial markets through study, projects or personal interest.
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets or basic analytics tools.
• Experience leading a project, team or initiative during studies.
