Our communities on Telegram, Discord and social are where traders ask questions, share strategy and react to markets in real time. We want a Community Manager in Singapore to own and grow them for a platform that reaches crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO around the clock. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone with experience moderating active online communities.

This role is based in our Singapore office and forms part of our operations across Asia Pacific. You will work to Singapore market hours and support the international order flow connected to the Singapore market.

CoinUnited.io is a crypto-powered trading platform, building since 2018, with teams across 10 countries. We give traders one account to reach global markets around the clock: crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO.

What you'll do

  • Run our Telegram, Discord and social channels day to day, posting updates, answering questions and keeping conversation moving across global time zones.
  • Welcome new members, set a friendly tone and enforce clear community guidelines so the space stays safe and constructive.
  • Surface and respond to recurring questions, complaints and confusion, and route real product issues to the right internal team.
  • Plan and run community moments such as AMAs, market discussions, contests and product announcements.
  • Track community sentiment and channel growth, and report what members are saying back to product, growth and support.
  • Partner with marketing and support to keep messaging accurate, on-brand and consistent across every channel.

What success looks like

In your first six months

  • You have taken full ownership of our core community channels and members receive helpful responses within target response times.
  • Active participation and healthy sentiment have measurably improved, with clear guidelines in place and consistently applied.
  • Product, growth and support teams receive a regular, trusted read on what the community is asking for and reacting to.

What you'll bring

Must-have

  • Hands-on experience managing or moderating online communities, ideally on Telegram, Discord or comparable social platforms.
  • Clear, warm and credible written communication, with the judgment to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Genuine interest in crypto and financial markets and the willingness to learn our products deeply.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, in-office team and responding to a community that is active around the clock.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience growing a community or social channel from an early stage to meaningful scale.
  • Familiarity with community and social analytics tools and basic content creation.
  • Additional language skills relevant to our global, multi-region member base.
