Join the Singapore Growth team to open the partnerships and channels that bring new traders to CoinUnited. We have been building since 2018 with one account that reaches global markets around the clock. This role is for someone who can source partners, negotiate deals, and turn them into measurable distribution.
This role is based in our Singapore office and forms part of our operations across Asia Pacific. You will work to Singapore market hours and support the international order flow connected to the Singapore market.

What you'll do
- Identify, pitch and close partnerships across affiliates, communities, fintech apps and regional channels that bring qualified traders to the platform.
- Own the full deal cycle from first outreach through negotiation, terms and signed agreement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, acting as their main point of contact after launch.
- Open new markets and verticals by researching local landscapes and adapting the approach to each region.
- Work closely with marketing, product and compliance to make sure partnerships launch cleanly and stay healthy.
- Track partner performance against clear targets and report on pipeline, revenue and user growth.
What success looks like
In your first six months
- A qualified partnership pipeline is built and at least your first deals are signed and live.
- Onboarded partners are sending real, measurable trader sign-ups and trading volume.
- You have a working playbook for sourcing, pitching and closing that the team can repeat across regions.

Must-have
- Proven experience closing partnerships, channel deals or sales in fintech, crypto, trading or a related fast-moving sector.
- A track record of building relationships that turn into measurable growth.
- Strong commercial judgment and comfort negotiating terms end to end.
- Clear written and spoken communication, with the confidence to represent the brand to external partners.
Nice-to-have
- Existing network across crypto, trading, affiliate or fintech communities.
- Experience opening a new market or region from scratch.
- Familiarity with how trading platforms or brokers acquire and retain users.
