Join the People team at CoinUnited.io in Zurich, where we have been building a crypto-powered gateway to global markets since 2018. We are scaling fast, and this role keeps our hiring and people operations running smoothly as we grow. You will run hiring coordination and onboarding so new joiners start cleanly.

This role is based in our Zurich office and forms part of our operations across Europe. You will work to Zurich market hours and support the international order flow connected to the Switzerland market.

CoinUnited.io is a crypto-powered trading platform, building since 2018, with teams across 10 countries. We give traders one account to reach global markets around the clock: crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the hiring process end to end, from scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication to keeping our applicant tracking organised.
  • Run smooth onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, accounts, equipment and first-week orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and keep people data clean, current and confidential.
  • Support visa and relocation logistics for international hires, working with external partners where needed.
  • Help administer day-to-day people operations such as leave tracking, benefits enrolment and HR policy questions.
  • Assist with employee engagement and team events that keep a fast-growing, distributed workforce connected.

What success looks like

In your first six months

  • You have taken full ownership of onboarding so that every new hire has a clear, complete first week from day one.
  • You have brought our employee records and people data into a consistent, reliable and audit-ready state.
  • You are running interview scheduling and candidate communication independently, with hiring managers trusting the process.

What you'll bring

Must-have

  • Some experience in HR, recruiting coordination or people operations, whether from a prior role or an internship.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many moving parts at once.
  • Clear, warm written and spoken communication in English.
  • Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential employee information.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting international hiring, visa processes or relocation.
  • Familiarity with an HRIS or applicant tracking system.
  • Additional language skills useful for a team spread across many countries.
